There are 2 types of owner-occupied home staging:
(1) When a home is 'staged' for every day living. This service is for the design and/or organization challenged. We customize a plan to fit each homeowner or renter. We provide a variety of organizational services (for downsizing, daily routine, space re-set...) and then arrange the home to optimize ease of maintenance, space access, lighting, view, etc., and make decorative enhancement purchase recommendations.
(2) The readying of the home for the re-sell market while the family remains in the home up to the close of escrow. Why? Because homeowners don't always have the means or desire to vacate their homes to enjoy the benefits of staging. Increased speed to sell and top dollar benefits (price increase on average of 2-10%) can still be achieved!
We strive to have every potential home buyer experience the 'Oh woowww!' factor when they step through the front door. This is accomplished through proper organization, de-personalizing / pre-packing, staging of existing furnishings and providing decorative enhancements from our in-house inventory as needed. We even provide ideas on staging maintenance and suggestions on how to remain 'show ready' on a moment's, or no, notice!
Not sure where to start or what to do? There's a report for that. (See Pre-Staging Report.) The report contains observations, suggestions / recommendations, and how-to's.
Flexibility in budget, timing and payment plans are definitely available. These can include incremental rental periods, partial payment plans, and even a partial payment at COE (close of escrow) plan.
Average (3/2 home) cost: $565.
